Frontline Creative Studio is proud to announce the launch of the Jackson Fire Department’s new modern, community-focused website, a digital platform designed to strengthen public safety initiatives, assist recruitment, and improve engagement between the department and citizens of Jackson, Tennessee.
“We’re pleased to introduce this website as a powerful tool for sharing our mission, supporting our firefighters, and engaging with the public,” said Fire Chief Don Friddle. “Our goal is to make it easier than ever for the Jackson community to learn about fire prevention, get involved with public safety initiatives, and to celebrate our first responders.”
This new site, developed in collaboration with Jackson Fire Department and the Jackson Fire + Rescue Community Safety Fund, and with the full support of Mayor Scott Conger, reflects the department’s ongoing commitment to transparency, service, and education.
The new website spotlights:
- Fire Safety & Education Resources: Easy-to-access information for families, schools, and businesses on emergency preparedness and prevention.
- Recruitment & Career Opportunities: A dedicated section for prospective firefighters to explore benefits, training programs, and the recruitment process.
- Community Programs: Tools for residents and organizations to get involved through initiatives like Ride-Alongs, CPR training, and the new Community Connect program.
- Support & Donations: Opportunities for the public and local businesses to partner with JFD through donations or sponsorship programs such as “Adopt-a-Fire-Station.”
Throughout the project, Frontline Creative Studio worked closely with JFD leadership to capture the department’s legacy of service while presenting a forward-looking digital experience that aligns with the City of Jackson’s mission to modernize public resources.
The website also provides an overview of Jackson FD’s mission, legacy, and newly-announced 5-year plan for a Public Safety Campus in downtown Jackson.
